Refunds and Cancellations​

​

• Classes:

  • Early cancellation (over 24 hours before class) you will not be charged for your session. If you are using a membership plan to pay for the class, it will not count as one of your monthly classes.

  • Late cancellation (less than 24 hours before class) you will be charged for your session. If you are using a membership plan to pay for the class, it will count as one of your monthly classes.

  • No-shows will be charged as late cancellation (see above).

  • Please contact us if you need assistance to cancel a class booking.

• Memberships:

  • Memberships – no refunds / non-transferable / cannot be used for workshops or special events unless specified on booking.

  • When purchasing a membership, you do so with the understanding that there are sometimes necessary fluctuations in the schedule, and undersubscribed classes may be discontinued.

  • Monthly membership plans are ongoing, so will auto-renew and will be debited from your account each month until cancelled.

  • If you wish to cancel a plan, you can do so by logging in to your account and cancelling it via the My Memberships page. Alternatively, please contact the studio and we can cancel it for you.

  • As these plans are subscription services and not Direct Debits, cancelling via your bank will not stop payments being taken - the plan must be cancelled in your account with the studio too,

• Events and Workshops:

  • Please note that events and workshops may be subject to a different refund and cancellation policy to classes. Please refer to your receipt notes for details.

Age

​

• Classes are open to all aged 16 and over. We may require proof of age.

​

Studio Etiquette

​

• Shoes, bags and outdoor clothing should be stored in the designated area inside the studio.

• Abusive or threatening behaviour, or language of a profane or discriminatory nature will not be tolerated by Eden Yoga in the studio, or by email, phone or other forms of communication with our staff or teachers. Persons exhibiting such behaviour will be asked to leave the premises immediately. In this instance, no refunds will be given. We reserve the right to place a ban on future entry for persons guilty of what we consider to be inappropriate behaviour as outlined above.

Studio Attendance

​

• Eden Yoga accepts no responsibility for injuries, however caused, when in the premises. Attendees are responsible for their own health and attend classes, workshops and events at their own risk.

• Eden Yoga accepts no responsibility for either loss or damage of personal property which any attendee brings to the studio with them, or of any loss or damage of property or vehicles in the car park.

Website

• Privacy Policy​

  • Eden Yoga collect personal information from you in order to provide you with a service. When making a purchase, placing a booking, or attending our venue, you are obliged to provide us with your name, postcode, email address and phone number in order that we can provide a full service to you. We may on occasion need to contact you by phone or email in regard to a class, course or workshop. We ask for postcodes in order that we can assess the location of our client base. We may ask for more information than this, in order to improve our services to you, but you are under no obligation to provide more. Your details are held securely on Wix Bookings - a third party software system.

  • Your personal details are only used to manage your customer account with us, and for no other purpose. We never share your details with any other organisation or individual.  Upon request, we are able to remove your details from your profile, and deactivate your profile.

  • If opted into our mailing list, you will receive marketing emails from us for products and services we think will be of interest. You can easily unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time.

• Use of the Eden Yoga website

  • You may book a class, course or workshop via our online payment system. Please follow the instructions on the website. You may also subscribe, or renew your membership there. All bookings made on the website are subject to our terms and conditions, and by making a booking, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions. You are only permitted to make bookings for yourself, or others on whose behalf you are authorised to act.

  • The information on this website is not intended to provide advice, medical or otherwise, and Eden Yoga accepts no responsibility for loss that may arise from the use of any information on this website. This website may contain links to external websites, and Eden Yoga is in no way responsible for the content of any of these external websites.

  • Small files known as cookies, which are a normal feature of most websites, are stored by our website on your computer. We in no way use any information from these cookies, nor do we have access to them, once you have closed your browser and stopped browsing the site.

  • Whilst we take every precaution to protect your personal online security, as the website is subject to the public telecommunications network, we cannot guarantee the operation of the site will be secure, confidential, uninterrupted or error-free. In using the Eden Yoga website, you will not hold Eden Yoga responsible for any breach of security, unless such breach has been caused by Eden Yoga's negligence. You may unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time by following the unsubscribe link, or emailing us.​

• Payments

  • ​Your credit card details are entered on a secure page and are transferred using SSL. We use Wix Payments and PayPal for payment handling.​​​​
