I really love the yoga classes with Sarah! Her classes are energising and easy to follow. She has a special charm, calmness and aura that create a relaxing and uplifting atmosphere.
Yoga has helped with my menopausal symptoms, soothing my aches and pains and relaxing my mind to cope with anxiety and stress. It feels like a soothing self massage and I would recommend it to anyone. It helps with my core strength and muscle tone and with my overall wellbeing.
Everyone should have yoga in their lives and Sarah's classes are the best!!
